Statute
Iranian Cinema Society of Program Managers and Assistant Directors (ICSPMAD) has been formed to unite all program managers and assistant directors of Iranian Cinema and to vindicate their rights pertaining to the above mentioned society and to ensure their demands.
Chapter One: The Definitions
Article 1
The Program Manager is the person who compiles the general program and schedule of a project and coordinates other production units.
Article 2
The Assistant Director is the director's representative at the project.
Note: Article 2 is applying to the First Assistant Director.
Second Assistant Director is subordinate to the First Assistant Director, at each project.
Chapter Two: The Entireties
Article 3
Iranian cinema society of Program Manager and Assistant Directors is the full name of the society, which has been formed to gain all the described aims as the Article of Association and acts as a professional and cultural guide. Herein, it will be referred as The Association .
Article 4
The legal term of The Association is unlimited and it is Tehran based.
Article 5
The activities of The Association are proportionate to the laws and rules and customs of the Islamic Republic of Iran and has no connections with or related to no political group or organization.
